CLIENT
Over a year later, Lisa came back to me with a simple request: to add payment ability on to her online store. We were hoping this day would come! Little did I know, it would come along with a couple of other (not so little) requests: to update her store, update her look...and an office remodel! This was a seriously fun project that spanned almost an entire year and was well worth the time!
OUR CHALLENGE(S)
Create a new brand that reflected Lisa's state of the art technology while being a small medspa with personalized service. She wanted to be competitive with larger medspas in her area. She also needed a new, easy to use online store with automated checkout.
THE SOLUTION
I was inspired by the #bossgirl movement, and could see Lisa could really benefit from this type of strong and feminine branding, and although Lisa didn't want to scare away her male clientele, her audience was really about 95% female.
We used a heavy dose of style and sophistication to create a website and collateral that would elevate her brand. When we saw the direction we were going, we realized her spa was going to need an update as well, to create the biggest branding impact. What a client! Walls were painted, furniture changed out, shelving move, and the results were so striking, Lisa even received an award from her City for "best marketing". When a client goes 100%, there's no limit to what you can do together!
